Persian Saffron

✨ Persian Saffron – from Mashhad/4G Our saffron is sourced directly from a woman farmer in Mashhad, Iran — the heart of the finest saffron in the world. 10% of all sales go toward supporting a stray dog shelter in Iran. How to Brew Saffron (2 methods): 🔸 Hot Brew: Finely grind ½ tsp saffron, add a few tbsp of freshly boiled water (100°C), and place the cup over a steaming pot for at least 10 minutes. Use the golden extract in food, tea, or desserts. 🔹 Cold Brew: Place ½ tsp ground saffron in a cup and gently place an ice cube on top. Let it melt slowly in the fridge overnight for a deep, floral extract. Best to keep in fridge.
